WHAT TOOLS/SOFTWARE DO YOU USE FOR YOUR ART?
i alternate between using procreate on an ipad air and clip studio paint/photoshop with a wacom intuos pro tabletHOW LONG DO YOUR COMMISSIONS USUALLY TAKE?
i try to be done with them as soon as 1-2 weeks after im given all the information i need to begin. tho sometimes (on extreme cases) because of work i could take 2 months at mostDO YOU ONLY ACCEPT PAYMENT THROUGH PAYPAL?
if you're mexican/have a mexican card i can also do transferences :] otherwise yeah it's the only option i have that works well internationally.WILL YOU EVER DO 3D ART COMMISSIONS?

To simplify things for both of us, please use the following format in your email to commission me! This will make our back and forth quicker and allow me to figure out rates and work faster on your commission

REQUIRED DETAILS
Commission type: Full-Body, Simple Illustration, etc.
Character reference(s)/subject: Can be attachments, links, etc. NOTE - if you dont have a visual reference and I must rely on written details, I will have to charge an extra $10 USD (your commission will also include a colored sketch of the character you're free to use as future reference for other artists :D )
Details: Poses, expressions, subject matter, etc.
Paypal Address: Only payment form! If you live in Mexico and are capable of doing bank transfers, you may use this as an alternate payment method.
Planned usage: Personal or commercial. Please read my T.O.S. to understand the difference! If commercial, please specify it's planned usage.OPTIONAL DETAILS
Size preference: If you'd like to print your commission, please let me know! I'll gladly send you a version in the correct format (CMYK and print size)
Deadline: If your commission is a gift for somebody's birthday, part of a project, etc. Let me know so i can prioritize it!
Social media tags: Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, etc. NOTE - By adding your social media tags, you give me permission to post the finished artwork to social media. If you'd rather I didn't or held on to it until a certain date, please let me know!

Terms of Service

By contacting me for a commission you agree to the following:The artist:• Maintains the rights to post their work in their professional portfolio.
• Will be allowed to utilize the commissioned artwork for social media and art books if the client agrees.
• Maintains the right to turn down any commission if it's a subject matter that they may find uncomfortable or disagreeable. Such topics include depictions of bigotry, extreme violence, content for NFT projects, among others.The client:• Will utilize the given order form to request their commission to ease communication between the artist and client.
• Is allowed to request a printable version of their work for personal usage.
• Is allowed to request small edits and corrections after the piece is finished. Larger edits and redraws will be subject to an extra charge.
• May request updates on their work.
• May repost their commission as an icon, a social media posy, etc. with proper credit given to the artist.
• May edit, crop, and resize their commission, however credit must be given.
• May NOT use their commission to generate profit unless stated as a COMMERCIAL USE COMMISSION from the beginning.
• Agrees to NEVER use the commissioned artwork for any projects related to cryptocurrencies, NFTs, or any subjects related to blockchain technology.
• Agrees to pay in full up-front.
• Understands that lacking a visual references requires extra work from the artist and is willing to pay an extra $10 USD to have a written description depicted by the artist.
• If the statement above is met, the client will receive an extra quick sketch of the described character that they are allowed to use as a reference for other projects with other artists.
• Understands that refunds are given in a percentage depending on the artwork's current progress.Payment and Refunds:
• Payment is only done via Paypal invoices or mexican bank transfers. The client will be notified when the invoice is sent or with the banking details from the artist.
• Payment is only accepted in USD or MXN
• Commissions only begin once payment is received.
• The artist will wait a full week for payment, otherwise, their slot will be pushed back to prioritize other clients.
• Refunds, if needed, are given in percentages depending on the work's progress. Once the artwork is past the coloring process, there will be no refunds.PERSONAL USE COMMISSION:
Artwork that will not generate any profit. Meant to be utilized by the client be it as a personal print, wallpaper, avatar, or a gift for somebody else. There are no extra charges for such cases.COMMERCIAL USE COMMISSION:
Any artwork used to advertise a product, service, or anything that may generate an income. Be it a logo, a character sprite, promotional illustrations, social media banners, etc. If this commission will be reprinted, reproduced and/or re-utilized (art books, twitch assets, etc.), the client may be subject to an extra charge as they will be profiting off my work.If you have any questions, feel free to contact me via e-mail!
